If it can be done in a kitchen, it can be done on a barbecue!

We’re not a professional team, but when it comes to ‘barbecue’, we have so much passion to give, that the result can only be fantastic. There’s not just one person in the spotlights, everyone get’s a chance to shine!

We hope to do well in all categories, but with an expert in desserts and plating amongst us, we believe there lays our strength. Last year we reached a 2^nd place on the WBQA ranking, so we must be doing something right when it comes to ‘culinary barbecue’.
